ME
I have been bodybuilding and dieting since I was in 10th grade and through this experience I’ve been misled with pointless information countless times. Luckily I found the right resources and learned about what I actually need to do to diet correctly and how simple it really is. The goal of this cookbook is to help everyone interested in bodybuilding and dieting do so with correct and effective information. I believe that this is important because some health trends have turned from inefficient to dangerous as many people now believe that things like drinking raw milk and eating only meat are somehow the best things for your health. This is obviously incorrect and my goal with this book is to help people looking to body build realize this and diet correctly. If you still don’t think dieting makes a difference the photos attached show the before and after from only 6 months of dieting with zero other changes to my training.
