50g Oat flour
Protein powder 1 scoop
1 egg white
.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
75ml any milk
Instuctions
1 mash the banana in a tupper ware
2 add the out flour, protein powder, egg white, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk to the tupper ware and mix
3 add the chocolate chips to the mixture and microwave for 3 minutes.

Protein Tres Leches Cake
Ingredients For Cake
⅓ cup 0% greek yogurt
⅓ cup egg whites
⅔ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup nonfat milk
¼ coconut flour
2 scoops protein powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
For Leche Mix
2 tbsp 0% greek yogurt
1 ½ cups nonfat milk
2 scoops protein powder
½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup reduced fat cool whip

Instuctions
1 Preheat over to 350 F
2 In a large bowl mix all cake ingredients together
3 pour batter into a loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes use a toothpick to check if done
4 in a blender combine all leche ingredients together and blend until smooth
5 When cake is cooked remove from oven and poke holes in it with a fork pour the leche mixture into the holes and over the top of the cake
6 rest in fridge for 2-3 hours
7 add the toppings
